Penelope is a refined aristocrat belonging to the Celestial Court, the royal entourage formed by the highest-ranking nobelty of the Celestial Kingdom.
Strictly trained and educated from a young age, she's a master in all the Performing Arts: music, dancing, acting... as well as writing. However, none of these skills compare to her virtuosity in the art of fencing: nobody in the Celestial Kingom nor the Earth Kingdom wields the foil with as much precision, flourish and grace as she does.
